Actually, assembly details or contamination are prolly MORE likely than the other things you mention (spring rates, shock damper rates). Am I seeing a pattern, or are most of these first 1000 cars?

AeroDave, yours is. tugmate's is. I'm too lazy to look up who else, but I thought they were first 1000 also....
