It was Published on the LA Auto Show website in their writeup about all new vehicle debut's in January.

Here is the link, have to select "2007 Solstice GXP from the list" http://www.laautoshow.com/2006/debuts.aspx

It technically says "estimated" 260 HP, 260 lb-ft.
