Comparing the 5sp to the automatic, First and Third seem to have a large difference in gearing. However the automatic looks like the gear spacing is more consistent between 2/3 and 3/4. Since the Automatic has a torque converter but has a higher first gear, do you think it will affect the off the line performance?
