Since the canvas has to be able to move independant of the frame while folding - I'm not sure what can be done? Increase the tension in the canvas or create some sort of positive seal (magnetic or zip-lock type seal).
Given that this is a convertible, I'm afraid this may be an inheirent short-coming in the tops design. If that's the case - has anyone ever tried the noise-canceling headphones (Bose?) in a convertible? Might be a wise investment for long-distance cruising.
Don't know for certain, but I think you might find that wearing earphones while driving might be iliegal in some states - interference with ability to hear emergency vehicles and such?
