Can't say that I've ever gotten turned on from removing an exhaust manifold or catalytic converter.
Although, I do get this really satisfying tingle up and down my back every single time I seperate a transmission from an engine. It sort of makes that "pop" noise when the two are separated for the first time since leaving the factory....
