Well, perhaps the part # is not correct, which I apologize for...but I most certainly did have a compressor problem. The TXV and A/C line were checked and no problems were found. The compressor was deemed "defective from factory"...and there is indeed a newly redesigned A/C compressor available...I will try and find out what the correct part # is for it. I waited 3 months for this compressor...my dealer refused to put in the same old crappy compressor, therefore they kept rejecting the order and waited it out until this new design was available...which is why it took 3 months to get. The difference is like NIGHT AND DAY...no noise whatsoever.
