I'll be curious about the outcome and happy to eat my words if I'm wrong. That would make me happy to see a little sanity. Neighborhoods like Dublin and Pleasanton are not quite as insane as San Francisco and Berkeley, so I won't be dumbfounded if they don't ban drift cars - only mildly shocked. You have a small chance. Those areas are upscale with a higher percentage of reasonable people than the bay area at large. But intelligence does not always equate with rational behavior. Silicon Valley is stocked with brilliant people, yet they pass some crazy laws down there.
