CURRENT ALLOCATION CYCLE CONSTRAINTS

NO MORE ALLOCATION CYCLES. THE 2008 SOLSTICE IS "BUILTOUT" AS FAR AS ORDERING GOES.

Percentages are the amount of allocted units that can be equipped with the constrained item.

All constaints (if there are any) are showing a duration of "greater than 4 weeks", unless noted.
