The guide pin that fits into the slot was not alligned properly causing the buttress to move outward slighly making wind noise. If you look at the pin just before it sets into the slow, it should tilt or angle in about 5-10 degrees.

The fit guys grabbed the pin with a sock and vicegrips and bent it back inwards about 5-10 degrees and then with the top 1/2 way up pushed/flexed in the bottom portion of the covertable top. When they were completed, the top alligned without coaxing on my part. Wind noise is no where as bad. Still have a little.
