I'm gettting a weird noise and I'm not sure where it's coming from. Sound like a "hollow" sound like something rattling inside something or something has come loose and banging against something. It's intermittent and is will amplify from faint to noticeably loud. It gets magnified when going over bumps and doesn't have a set pattern to the rhythm except when driving over a bumpy road.
Weird thing is I do notice that it stops everytime I apply pressure to the brakes but will come back once I start to accellerate. The day I was going to bring it to the dealer, the noise "magically" dissappears. The next day it reappears. Sounds like it's coming from the tranny but there's no signs of leaks and again it does not continue after braking.
Could it be coming from the brakes? I also have the Gravana aftermarket wheels and wondering if that might be a source.
