Back in '05, someone posted the Service Bulletin on this. I was naive during my first couple visits, and when I noticed damage after one visit to the shop, it was exactly as explained. Since then, I keep a printout of that SB with my owners manual and mention it whenever I drop it off at the dealership. I keep hearing, "We know now," but knowing turnover in dealership service departments, I think I'll keep reminding them.
