I brought my car in for its first oil change, and they used what they said was " the wrong lift." The arms were the wrong size and thus, it caused a stress dent in the quarter-panel. My claims adjuster found there to be no frame damage. They fixed it for me, it took three weeks in Summer to do it. They gave me a Nissan Sentra, while there were rental Miatas there. I never went back. They were arrogant in their apology and expressed that I should not be upset since they were covering the cost of my loaner. I called Pontiac Customer Service and they gave me a GMPP for two years of free scheduled maintenance to shut me up.
