I might add that if you had damage and are going to take the time to post about it that if there are pictures of the damage that you link those in for other folks who might be interested in those things ... Also not sure about forum policies but the dealer where the damage happened. Might help along with some of the background like they told you about the damage or you had to identify it to them and if they are now aware or if you have stopped using them because they don't or did not seem to get it.
