My dealer damaged the fender to my car 36 hours after I bought it. I wanted them to remove the spacers (extra spring seats) in my Z0K so I dropped it off and made sure I told the tech and the service manager about the special lift pad adapter needed to lift the car. They called me a few hours after I dropped it off and they claimed that there were no spacers and after a 20 minute discussion with the service manager he said they would not disassemble the suspension period (I later showed him the difference between my car and a regular Solstice and he would still not budge). I came in to pick up my car on lunch and did a quick check on the fenders to find one was damaged. I called the service manager over and while he did offer to fix it he very strongly implied that I had damaged the car somehow in the ~30 hours I had owned the car. After speaking to the owner of the dealership we came to the resolution of having a paintless dent guy I know fix the car. Needless to say, I have not gone back to that dealership since my car was fixed.

So, my option doesn't exist on the poll. Dealer serviced and damaged quarter panels/undercarriage by using a lift without the lift pad adapters. I guess the most appropriate category for me is Dealer serviced before with correct pads but later didn't causing damaged quarter panels/undercarriage.
