I have a 2007 SKY 2.4L with manual transmisson.

I have not seen a working VSS hookup in a sky/solstice, but it should work from my reading and understanding. If you have the monsoon system or if you use the GMOS-LAN-04 harness there is a direct VSS hookup located on the harness itself.

I paid $1400 for everything, but there were some good sales going on when I placed my order. You can NOT keep your factory XM system and use this head unit. You will need to buy one of the XM units that go with the D3 such as the GEX-P10XMT or GEX-P920XM. You may be able to use your factory XM antenna though. Here is your list of parts:

Pioneer GEX-P10XMT - (XM module with navTraffic feature [$199]) ----or---
Pioneer GEX-P920XM - (XM module without traffic info [$99])

Pioneer - AVIC D3 (Head unit)
PAC SWI-PS (Steering Wheel control)
Metra - 95-3302 (Double din dash install kit)
Metra - 40-cr10 (Antenna adapter)
METRA - GMOS-LAN-04 (Onstar / chime harness) For monsoon system (also puts out VSS signal)
Pioneer - ND-BC2 (Rear view camera)
Pioneer - CD-I200 (High Speed iPod Cable <-- if you want that)
