My dealer is unsure and said that they won't even do any repairs to my top but that they will sub it out to a convertible shop and that they would be applying a patch to the worn out section under the right side.

I will go by tomorrow and get an opinion from another dealer, hopefully they will replace the top like they should, if not I have yet another dealer I can try. I don't want the tabs I want a new top mine is torn through, this wasn't my fault and I have less that 10,000 miles.
