The ONLY Clutch Pack issue that I am familiar with is the *grinding/binding* noise at slow speed tight turn.
However ... they were
incorrect in stating *It's normal* .. but the current TSB states to change the differential oil.
Some have had the clutch packs replaced after this and the problem was solved.
Some have had to go back for a re-occurring problem and their differential was replaced.
