Well, a pretty productive night.
Double checked all connections and bolts on the turbo.
Changed the oil.
Drew up the prints for the "scoop" and "block" for the factory PCV system. They will bond to the carbonfiber intake.
Removed the driver's side Charge pipe. This will have the MAf element, Iat2 and BOV in it.
I have some 3" aluminum u-bends in stock, but the pipe is 2.5" near the bumper and 2.75" at the TB elbow. kinda goofy jumps in dia. I'm considering laying it up in carbon as well.
It's purely to make things smoother, but I havent talked myself into it totally. Sure would look sweet.
How about moving the IAT2 to the passenger side pipe? Then we could monitor temp drop still and add pressure drop to the equation.
Since HPT isnt done yet, we'll have to use the voltage clamp. But I can stick a extra lead into the pigtail, before the Zener Diode for you to pipe into your HPT/Dashhawk. Once you setup the 3bar table into the PID you have pre-intercooler chargedata yet clamped PCM feed. Groovy.

Also, does anyone know if this is 3 bar as in 0 to 44psi (100-400 KPA) or -15 to 28.8psi (0-300kpa)?
