I am currently looking to upgrade my car, a Triumph TR7, which is a small British sports car from the late 70's. To say it is lacking in the power department is an understatement. I am looking at my choices for an engine swap and I was wondering what advice y'all might have about putting the Solstice/Sky engine in my car. I have started looking at other engines like the Honda S2000 4 banger and the Nissan 350Z V6 and I know some of the difficulties in using these motors. The Honda has part of the ECU integrated with the gauge cluster so that has to be swapped also. Are there any major issues with the Solstice engine or should it be an easy swap, other than fab work to get it physically into the car.
