Hehe, yeah don't I know it. In some areas its close to 0, hehe. But thats the way it is with direct injection, the way the charge stratisfies, the flame front is very quick, there is no need to try and propagate it too soon. But, towards redline we would be approaching 15 degrees of timing or so easy.

about the delibrate speeding ticket comment, beautiful. I would suggest tuning to get rid of the knock if you want to sell it as a kit, but keep your current tune, and just get a better intercooler...
I don't think I can run over 18 psi, this is an NA-T motor with a TT headgasket, so I might be around 8.8-9.0:1 or therebouts.
