I'm not sure with the can system on some of the newer cars, but you could swap both the PCM and BCM. HP tuners is available for most of the eco engines. The 2.0 LSJ Cobalt engine is the only fully cracked boosted PCM. I'm not sure about the Saab turboed version.

TurnKey was offering turboed eco sand rail engines with an efi system. The ariel Atom in North America uses the LSJ engine. There might be some leads anyway.
