Thanks for the reminder!

I workout 2-5 times a week. I have been consistently doing dance aerobics for the last 10 years. I eat a mostly vegetarian diet. I don't drink caffeine. And I rarely drink.

It's like I tell the guys I work with. I'm going to work THE most important muscle in the body and I am not talking about THAT one!
