I never see that kind of return out of motors this small On my dyno..10-15flywheel but not wheel hp. the 9.5whp/psi is pretty stout in fact for a motor that peaks at 6100. If it ran out to say 8K + like the DSM's the number would be higher just from the formula, and due to that psi equating mto greater lbs/min.
rotational hp= (torque x RPM) /5252
