Based on the incomplete listing, there is a misinterpretation.
Not all vehicles may require Axle Lubricant.
If the fluid was drained during the recall procedure, a bottle plus (or 2 quanity) would be required.
If the fluid was not drained, it would depend on if the differential is actually low. The tech would check fluid level at the end of the procedure. Top off, and charge, as needed.
If fluid was just topped of then the service procedures in the service manual do not call for the addition of additive, to vehicles equipped with Limited Slip.
