I gave a particular dealership a "second chance" after vowing never to return due to poor service before, only because 1) they were the only dealership to get my Envious in 2005 and 2) they opened a brand new "state of the art" maintenance facility.
Since then, they have damaged my car no less than three times by not following the special lifting procedures published by GM for the Solstice...
...even though I remind my service advisor about that specific procedure every time I drop it off for its scheduled maintenance.
I live in Mandarin and work at the beach, so something between those areas would be preferred, but as I look for online reviews of local service facilities, I am not getting a positive vibe at all.
I know Coggin Pontiac at Regency had a good reputation in 2006, but it is a little out of my way, and I heard the guys who really knew what they were doing have moved on.
Any suggestions?
