i was just at the turbo installers, & he told me if i keep driving my car like this, damage will happen. about a year ago i sent my ecm back to get re flashed because of pinging, when i got it back, most ,if not all, was gone. & under full boost my air/fuel gauge was under 12, now it's between 15-17. i only use 94 octane gas here in canada, & i replaced the plugs with no results, also had the fuel system checked(nothing wrong there) what the turbo guy was saying to me, was the possibility of the rain water getting sucked into the cai, which he says will cause havoc. he told me it was very wet, & keeping the car over night to dry.
now, does this make any sense to anyone, & if it does what is everyone else doing about this problem( oh wait, you guys probably don't get liquid sunshine, like we do on the wet coast, i mean west coast) british columbia

15-17 Air Fuel Ratio at WOT while in boost? If that is the case I would stay out of boost completely that is really lean. Is the car running rough? Do you know what your fuel pressure is? To jump from 12 AFR to 15-17 something pretty major had to happen. Did you see a decrease or increase in boost pressure? Have you done any other modifications to the engine recently?
