If your running 15 to 17 AFR under full boost, park the car and find out what is wrong?????
Your going to fry the engine!!!
What has changed since you were running under 12 AFR's? Did you do any other mods or change anything? If not, check for a fuel restriction somewhere in the system. If you have a Dashhawk check fuel pressure under load and check other obvious readings like temps, pressures, etc.
