With just the tune, I doubt there is a mechanic working at a Pontiac dealer that would ever notice the tune unless he drove it off the lot, most never do.. GM sells a lot of performance parts that are not warrantied, they always have. That is what GMPP is all about. It would be very foolish to add the performance to the car and to not have a warranty disclaimer. If you want a warranty then leave the car alone and just drive it. I have warranty work done on my car all the time, the dealer knows everything that has been done. I no longer have a warranty on my intercooler or exhaust or cat, because I replaced them, I do have a better warranty from Dejon and Solo. Other than that everything is still under warranty, getting a shock replaced next week. I have no vested interest in Westers, I like the product, it works. It has even been tested by GM and I will leave it at that. Pontiac did give Westers are free Solstice to develop the tune. I have four cars with Westers tunes in my family, known him for several years.
