I do not understand! Here is the post from LatinVenom...

"Just came back from NOPI Florida, while there I'd ask the GM person introducing the Cobalt SS with our engine about the Stage Kit for our car.
He said is still been tested since GM wants for the Stage Kit to pass the 5 year 100K mile warranty.
He also mentioned that is about 312-315 BHP and torque and because of the increase it needs to pass all there endurance test.
So it maybe a while before this Stage Kit becomes available."

Looks like they (GM) are concerned about the warranty in the above post. LatinVenom, are you incorrect in quoting your source?
