I am going to try that today but it appears that it will not go too much further and keep the mount by the horn lined up.

I noticed that my front bracket the one that mounts to the front of the car was too low, so mine isn't even connected to the car.


I used the mounting brackets, but that made the gap on the engine side appear to be bigger than it should have been ... for the supplied coupler. The Drivers side went on "like a glove" but the Passengers side seemed like either the coupler, or the pipes were as SB said a little short. I eventually made it work, but it was MUCH harder to do than the drivers side.
