Holey crap people . . .
there is plenty of adjustment room built into the mounting parts for the pipes.

I had a problem where the stock through bolt hit the pipe when I torqued it down on the right side. I "adjusted" the tab on the Dejon pipe - bent it with my pliers - and then I put a slight Z bend in the stock mounting sheet metal bit. I torqued down the pipe to mounting arm, left the pipe to intercooler joint loose, then tightned down the vertical mounting stud / nut which drew the intercooler pipe down about the 1/4 inch it needed for clearance. then I tightned up the pipe to intercooler joint and all is fine.

I did a similar modification on the left side pipe to get everything clearanced and lined up the way I wanted it to fit. No problems.
