Is the transmission still acting up after the dealership looked at it?

The diagnostic procedure for P2637 looks fairly simple. Clear the code and see if it returns. If it does replace the TCM. If it doesn't check for loose wire and return it.

From your basic story line, that appears to be what happened.

May be why they couldn't duplicate it. if they cleared the codes before driving it sounds like it would take two instances to trigger it again. Question now is how do you get it to stop triggering it.
