I told Customer Service at Pontiac what codes I was getting and they said that my Scanner wasn't calibrated to the Solstice, since the dealership was nice enough to print the codes they got on my receipt, I'll have to call B.S. on their statement. They got the same exact codes.
My main fear is that because it acts like it's braking when this happens and with no brake lights to signify that I am stopping quickly I'll get rear ended. People ride too closely to our cars as it is.
I think I will inspect the wires myself tonight, thankfully I have a pit in my garage so getting under the car is a breeze.
You would think they would just replace the TCM or at least inspect the wires.
Are you physicaly shifting it from I to L or keeping it in I? Or does the shifter location even play a part? I know I dropped it into I from L once slowing down to a light at 10 MPH and thought I was going to go through the window.
