I am just keeping it in drive. I've only used "I" mode once since I've owned the car and I have never used 4th.
I drove it at Lunch and it seemed okay, but that doesn't mean it won't happen again. It was around three weeks ago that I first had this happen. I turned off the car for a few minutes and it's been good until this last Monday.
