Don't know that I would term it a "lot of vehicles". It will just be owners of the sold GXP portion of the approximately 14,500 2008 Solstices built before the VIN breakpoints listed, that find the effort or noises/feel objectionable and return for service.
No indication of a recall, just a slightly update of procedure from the original bulletin issued in December. Now an ECM reprogram included, not just an EBCM reprogram. The information included is very similar to the June informational and December technical bulletins issued.
