Apparently, our friends at GM have a small issue with some of the LS7 engines. The needle bearings can fall out of the rocker arm. This is true for a VERY SMALL percentage of LS7's made in a specific time frame. However, on the better safe than sorry side, I checked mine, and sent them for a retrofit to a company that has a design fix, so it can no longer happen.
