I called this morning on these looks like the weights (estimated) and offsets are:

EDIT:
18x8 Front 19-20lbs 50 offset
18x9 Rear 21lbs 52 offset

19x8.5 Front 25lbs 45 offset
19x9.5 Rear 27lbs 55 offset
