Depends on what your job requires. For instance, some are more involved than others, and JPM had to raise his prices recently due to increased costs to get Italian leathers from Italy. But believe me, the looks and padding are well worth every penny. I can't tell you how many compliments I have received on our Center Console, which is truly our "Miracle in the Middle of the Cabin"! I would make the investment, if nothing else, just for the comfort factor.
