My Tech Support people brought this particular case to my attention on Thursday of this past week, asking for my assistance. I asked that they bring me all the involved data and let the customer know I'd be reviewing it first, then replying.

On Friday, I sent en email to Doug after reviewing this information, apologizing for the delays and offering to assist him. I'm confident that we can reach an agreeable negotiation.
