just got off the phone from bill hahn (owner) & what we really had here, was a failure to communicate between, myself, staff, & the reflashing department. after he looked into it for a bit, it turns out that some of their records that they were relying on weren't all there, that is because instead of e-mail, i was contacting them by phone before, in which they have no records of. once bill got involved, the turbo will be fixed & returned to me tomorrow, NOW that's what i call service. i was kind of hoping all it was, was getting a hold of the right person, i was not happy to leave them, & the main reason is that everyone else is super happy with their product, & i feel i should be as well.
and again, thank's bill for all of your time & extra effort here. i own a business as well & know it can become quite taxing at times.
