I'm looking into having the stock fronts cut on mine because the 1 inch sport springs I had on the front with my front kit mad it to low for safe driving and now I have the cracks on the nose to prove it but with the stock nose the 1 inch fronts are perfect.

As a rule, I recommend against cutting stock springs, for the resultant increase in spring rate tends to make them excessively harsh. For the amount of effort and/or cost involved in disassembling the car far enough to get the springs in and out, then re-align it, it's almost a shame to not use a set of well-engineered spring replacements, especially on cars like ours that are valuable and predicate handling performance over all else!
