Yes. As long as you do a complete conversion to
all Z0K specific items you can use a car with power windows. Your best bet would be to find a car with ABS LSD and power windows as the only options because the ABS and LSD are required for a Z0K conversion. The Z0K can not come from the factory with A/C. If this is important to you then I would find a car with A/C as well. It is allowable as a comfort item in stock class.
If you are staying with CS you'll at minimum need the Z0K springs and sway bars (with associated brackets and bushings). The shocks are something that you may want to upgrade so buying the Z0K shocks is not necessary. Also, I believe the NA Z0K uses a larger power steering cooler than the regular NA car. If so, that part will need to be upgraded to be legal for CS.
In AS there is a much clearer picture of what is needed to convert the GXP to the Z0K package.
