The NHTSA has closed their Preliminary Investigation into the 2008 Solstice GXP and 2008 Saturn Sky Redline and the OHB System. So it appears no further investigation or no escalation to a recall request will be forthcoming. This was done after the normal investigation, data/information discovery and analysis. Also a May 13th, technical presentation and drive demonstration involving several of the OHB Kappas and peer Kappas.
