If this is the case, what a bummer...I too have been waiting for the Stage II kit to come out before buying my turbo Kappa so I could have it done at time of purchase. Thanks for sharing info...I'm guessing that GMs resources are ALL being devoted to improving gas milage across the board....not exactly the time to be trying to get us performance nuts more horsepower....dang it. Me, I'll do 3mpg if I get more power!
