You may be surprised to find that those 18x9.5 ET45 wheels may fit in the front too. I ran a 18x9 ET55 wheel up front with a 265/40R18 tire and your proposed rear wheel extends into the wheel well less than my old wheels did by 4mm. Of course those wheels will also extend about 16-17mm further out from the car than my old wheels did too. You'll need to check the outer radius for clearance to the wheel well liner but I think that you'll find no interference problems on the inside of the wheel.
