After recieving some great intial service from the service advisor about this situation, I got to play phone tag with him leaving messages.
Now today I call and he is no longer employed at the dealership.
I had to re-explain what was going on and now they will say they will get back to me after they see if he left any info regarding this.
Nothing like a little drama added to a problem.
I hope this works out ok but we will see. If they won't replace the seat cover would I need to kick this up to a district rep?
