OMG Twotoys, this is not good.

I hope that you can get this straightened out. Not only is it frustrating to have a new vehicle which is not reliable, but you are wasting a lot of time driving back and forth to the dealership. Your time is money. I would definitely let them know you are considering pursuing the lemon law. I did this once before on an S-10 that I had, that I had in the dealership 6 times for the same problem. At that point, they suddenly fessed up to what the real problem with the truck was, and that it needed a really expensive new part which GM had limited quantities of, and GM had requested that dealerships do patches here and there to try to avoid ordering the necessary part. The dealership was on the phone that day with GM, and had the part within a week. No problems after that. But- I still don't think it was right that they made my life hell all that time.
