Check the side wall, 35 may be to high.

Parking lot expalins it. Some of the surface treatments make tires SQUALL.

One of my regular Hamton Inn stays on the road really makes them squeel.

Burb does it, 82 Chevy Diesel with Old agressive AT's does it and I love thebystander looks from SOLSTICE tire squeel and chirp
