Due to multiple issues, some techinical in nature and most that were very personal. I have been unable to maintain a steady presence in my venture with Van's Designs... for this I offer my sincere apology...

I have spent the past few weeks getting reorganized and devising a new approach to the business venture and although my absence has really done nothing to build confidence in my customer base, I have rededicated myself to pushing forward and making my company successfull enough to (hopefully) become my sole means of support so I don't have to have the full time job too.

I can offer nothing more than my word that all orders will be fulfilled in a timely manner from this point forward. I will attempt to make amends with those who have ordered and their orders were not filled in a timely manner.

I appreciated the forum and the members who I have done business with and I will do everything in my power to make things right with everyone I have or will have the pleasure to do business with.

The technical issues I spoke of in the beginning were with the PC I use for all of my communications for Van's Designs... I had to reload a majority of the system and get help reconfiguring most everything. But I have al of my e-mail, website manaegment and I think the pohne service back in order as of yesterday late.
