Very Very friendly here in VA/Md/Dc area. Always get a wave or a honk and a big smile.
Because I am old and slow, there are lots of people who might think I am not sol friendly. By the time I realize they are waving at me, I wave back but they are gone. So big waves to anyone I missed.

Actually a bunch of times I even know who they are. One time Cheers and I were riding together and a black sol going the other way zoomed passed. Before we could wave (both old, sorry cheers), I said that must be Done-w-him. He called here and said did you just pass a blue sol on 454, she said yup and that was that. I told you I was old, you see I am rambling on and on.
